All sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or an incorrect item/size/color, please reach out to us at emporclothes@gmail.com with your order number and name so we can correctly address the mistake. If an exchange is necessary, we will send you the details of where to send your return package and when to expect your corrected order. Washed or worn items are not permitted for a return. EMPOR is not responsible for any items lost, damaged, or stolen once shipped.
